Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in transparency. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and plan changes work on PlanMySaaS. We want you to feel confident about your subscription — no hidden fees, no surprises.
1. Free Credits on Signup
Every new account is granted 100 free credits on signup — no credit card required. These credits let you run the core planning pipeline (Idea → Product Definition → Architecture → Features → Research) and generate up to 2 basic documents (PRD, Onboarding), so you can fully evaluate the platform before paying. The signup bonus is one-time per account and does not renew.
2. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to paid features until that date, after which your workspace returns to the Free tier. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. Your previously generated projects, documents, and blueprints remain readable forever; only new AI actions are blocked once credits run out.
3. Refund Policy
All subscription payments to PlanMySaaS are non-refundable, with one narrow exception for annual plans (detailed below). Because we provide 100 free credits on signup — enough to evaluate the entire core pipeline — you have a meaningful opportunity to test the platform before paying. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that no refunds are issued for dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, unused subscription time, or unused credits. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@planmysaas.com and we will investigate promptly.
4. Annual Plan — 7-Day Money-Back Window
Annual subscriptions qualify for a one-time money-back refund if you request it within 7 days of the initial purchase AND have used less than 10% of the credits included in the first billing cycle (for example, under 150 credits on the Starter Annual plan, under 250 credits on Pro Annual, under 1,000 credits on Team Annual). This window does not apply to annual renewals, plan upgrades, or monthly plans. To request a refund within this window, email support@planmysaas.com from the account's billing email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Credits Are Non-Refundable
Credits — whether granted on signup, earned through referrals, awarded by our team, or included in a paid subscription — are never refunded once issued, even if unused at the time of cancellation. Unused paid credits do not carry forward to the next billing cycle. Canceling your subscription does not refund the credits remaining in your balance; they stay in your account until spent or until your workspace is closed.
6. Switching Plans
You may upgrade or downgrade between Starter, Pro, and Team plans at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged the new plan price pro-rated by Stripe; your credit allowance is refreshed to the new plan's amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your projects and data are preserved across plan changes — features above your new tier are simply locked, not removed.
7. Data Retention After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription, your account and all project data are retained indefinitely on the Free tier. Previously generated blueprints, documents, prompt packs, and research remain readable; only new AI actions are blocked once credits are exhausted. To protect inactive accounts, workspaces with no login for 12 consecutive months may be archived with a 30-day notice email; export the Backup bundle from your project dashboard if you want a local copy.
8. Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Account deletion is irreversible and immediately removes all associated projects, blueprints, documents, and workspace data. No refund is issued for remaining subscription time or unused credits at the point of deletion. If you have an active subscription at the time of deletion, you retain access until the end of the current billing period; the account is permanently deleted thereafter.
