Terms of Service

Welcome to PlanMySaaS. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. Please read them carefully before using our services. By using PlanMySaaS, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlanMySaaS ("the Platform"), operated by ZTXO ARTLFY PVT LTD, 1st Floor, Kunj Bihar, Old Argora, Ranchi 834002, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@planmysaas.com. PlanMySaaS is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Free Credits on Signup

Every new account is granted 100 free credits on signup — no credit card required. These credits run the core planning pipeline (Idea, Product Definition, Architecture, Features, Research) and generate up to 2 basic documents so you can fully evaluate the Platform before paying. The signup bonus is one-time per account and does not renew. Access to features above the Free tier (Polish, Prompt Pack, full document pack, Frontend Blueprint, Autopilot) requires a paid plan. We reserve the right to adjust the signup credit amount for future registrations.

4. Subscription, Credits, and Payment

PlanMySaaS offers paid plans — Starter ($49/mo or $39/mo billed annually, 1,500 credits/cycle), Pro ($79/mo or $63/mo billed annually, 2,500 credits/cycle), and Team ($199/mo or $159/mo billed annually, 10,000 credits/cycle). Subscribing authorizes us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle. Credits are the usage unit for every AI action; each action has a published credit cost. Unused paid credits do not carry forward to the next billing cycle. Prices are USD and may be subject to taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing or credit costs with 30 days' notice.

5. Refund Policy

All payments to PlanMySaaS are non-refundable, with one narrow exception: annual subscriptions qualify for a one-time money-back refund if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase AND fewer than 10% of the first cycle's credits have been used. This window does not apply to monthly plans, annual renewals, plan upgrades, or unused credits after cancellation. Credits themselves — granted on signup, earned via referrals, awarded by our team, or included in a subscription — are never refundable once issued. By subscribing, you agree to this policy. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date and your workspace then returns to the Free tier with previously generated data intact.

6. Use of Services

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law; to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content; to interfere with the operation of the Platform; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.

7. AI-Generated Content

PlanMySaaS uses artificial intelligence powered by OpenAI (GPT models) and Anthropic (Claude models) to generate product blueprints, architecture diagrams, feature specifications, code prompts, and other outputs. Your product descriptions and inputs are processed by these third-party AI providers to generate content. All AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and implementing any AI-generated content. PlanMySaaS does not guarantee the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of any generated outputs, and nothing produced by the platform constitutes legal, financial, or engineering advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content you create using PlanMySaaS belongs to you. The Platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PlanMySaaS and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform itself without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlanMySaaS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Paid subscribers whose accounts are terminated for cause will not be entitled to a refund for the unused portion of their subscription period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration.
