How billing works
Credits, plans, what happens when credits run out, and how to manage your PlanMySaaS subscription.
100 free credits on signup
Every new account gets 100 free credits automatically upon registration. No credit card is required to start. Credits are the usage unit for every AI action — each action has a published cost (Research 25, Architecture 20, Features 25, Full Document 14, and so on).
100 credits comfortably cover Idea → Product Definition → Architecture → Features → Research plus 2 basic documents (PRD, Onboarding) — enough to fully evaluate the platform before paying.
Some features (Polish, Prompt Pack, the full 20-document pack, Frontend Blueprint, Autopilot) require Starter+ even if you have credits. When credits run out, upgrade for a monthly allowance.
What happens when credits run out
When your balance hits 0, only new AI actions are blocked — everything you've already generated stays readable forever. You'll see an upgrade prompt whenever you try a new action. Here's exactly what stays accessible vs what locks:

Your data is never deleted when credits run out. Upgrade anytime to get a fresh monthly allowance and resume generating.

All prices are in USD. Annual billing saves 20% vs monthly. Switch between billing cycles anytime from the Billing section of your dashboard.
Refund policy
Monthly plans are non-refundable — cancel anytime and keep access until the cycle ends. Annual plans qualify for a one-time 7-day money-back refund if fewer than 10% of the first cycle's credits have been used (e.g. under 150 credits on Starter Annual). Credits themselves — granted on signup, earned from referrals, or included in a subscription — are never refunded once issued. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

Cancelling your subscription
Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. You won't be charged again.
Data retention after cancellation
Your account and all project data are retained for 30 days after your subscription ends. Reactivate at any time during this window to regain immediate full access. After 30 days with no reactivation, data may be permanently deleted.
